You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. royalejili is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your royalejili login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. royalejili will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. royalejili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to your royalejili account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. royalejili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you at the time of dormancy classification.
